Epic 25 km cross country mountain bike ride. 700m elevation gain. Hot, hot sun. Ended up running out of water 2/3 through the ride, getting super dehydrated and feeling pretty sick later on. Loss of appetite. Felt better after the sun went down. Jeremei had a dropper seat post failure and had to bail after a few kms. Kevin, Nahum, BC and I continued to do the whole route.
